PRICE ADJUSTMENT - In the event of a sale immediately following your purchase, NOTIQ will offer a courtesy price adjustment upon request within 7 days of the original purchase date. Credits or refunds for sales and special offers are not applicable on prior purchases. Some bank credits may take up to 10 business days to post. Once we receive all qualifying and pre-approved item(s), your refund, store credit or exchange (less shipping and handling) will be promptly processed within 5 business days. Please kindly note, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return and exchange shipping fees are covered by the purchaser.
For a complete expedited credit, please include all gifted, exclusive or complimentary items from the original order and ship your return with the courier of your choice. Items returned to us damaged may not receive any credits or exchanges. RETURN PROCESS - Items must reach us within 14 calendar days. Await your exchange, refund or store credit for returnable items.
In keeping with our environmental commitment, NOTIQ accepts returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of shipping ― with a return limit of 1 within 30 days and 3 within 180 days ― on qualifying unused, non-subscription, non-sale items, less gift cards, return, exchange or original shipping fees. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or store credit.
